Job Overview

This role is a high-profile position where you will oversee the execution of last mile delivery operations, leading a cross-functional team to drive strategic objectives.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and experience in managing large-scale logistics operations. They should have expertise in route optimization and be proficient in data analysis tools.

As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with product, tech, and customer experience teams to improve delivery efficiency and satisfaction. Your ability to design and implement SOPs for fleet utilization and issue resolution will be essential in ensuring seamless service delivery.

You will also be responsible for managing a large delivery fleet, tracking key performance indicators such as cost per order and on-time delivery rate, and developing operational staff through training and mentorship.

  • 6-10 years of experience in logistics or last mile delivery operations, preferably in high-growth e-commerce, Q-commerce, or tech-driven logistics.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale logistics operations and optimizing delivery routes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic SQL/BI tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience working in fast-paced environments.
