Lead IT DevOps Engineer

This role involves leading a team of DevOps engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure. Key responsibilities include hands-on experience with Systems Administration, DevOps, and Network Administration. Management of Asterisk servers is also essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in VMWare ESXi, Hyper-V, XenServer, scripting languages like bash, python, powershell, and managing Puppet, Chef, CFEngine, Ansible on Linux.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Application Servers, Web Servers, and DB Servers: Tomcat, Apache, Nginx, MySQL, MongoDB. Networking, firewall, and load balancing are critical skills. Server/Network Monitoring and debugging tools like Zabbix should be familiar to the candidate. Experience with VoIP and IP-PBX systems is also preferred.

Prior experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Teamcity or other build automation tools is necessary. Candidates with at least 4-6 years' hands-on experience in Linux/Unix and MS Windows Administration will be preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required, and relevant certifications are welcomed.
