Our company is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to drive business growth in the Lahore region. This role requires a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business success.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, with at least 9 years of experience in managing teams and developing strategic sales plans. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and leadership. You will be responsible for coordinating closely with regional warehouses and supply chain teams, ensuring the execution of trade promotions, and managing distributors for mutual business growth.

In addition, you will provide market intelligence to the head office on a regular basis and ensure compliance with company SOPs across the assigned region. You will also be responsible for analyzing and exploring opportunities for business growth and optimization, as well as conducting competitor mapping and proposing regional plans to the head office.
