Job Title: Executive Administrator and Security Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrator and Security Manager to oversee all administrative operations and security functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and security management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily administrative operations, including facility management, office services, transportation, housekeeping, and vendor management.

  • Maintain office infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.

  • Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenditures.

  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for resource planning and procurement of office supplies and services.

  • Lead logistics and support for internal and external meetings, conferences, and official events.

  • Maintain records and documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors.

Security Management Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.

  • Oversee security operations across all company premises.

  • Manage security staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability checks.

  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and investigate security breaches.

  • Ensure coordination with law enforcement, fire safety, and emergency response teams.

  • Monitor surveillance systems, access control systems, and ensure full coverage of security devices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in administration and security management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Background in law enforcement, armed forces, or private security is a plus.
