Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field, or background of CMA/ACCA qualification.
  • 0-2 years of work experience.
  • Strong command on Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong ethical standards and highest level of integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee general ledger maintenance and ensure accurate bookkeeping across all business units.
  • Ensure account balances for each unit are accurate, intact, and regularly reconciled.
  • Close all petty cash accounts by month-end and secure supporting documentation.
  • Promptly identify and resolve discrepancies in expense and payment accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing of books.
  • Act as a central coordinator across all accounting functions to ensure compliance with internal reporting deadlines.
  • Own daily banking operations and assist with treasury-related tasks.
  • Lead the company through annual audit fieldwork and liaise directly with auditors on data requests.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for cross-functional teams and assist with any data or analysis required.
  • Provide ad hoc support to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.
