Lead Large Language Model Engineer

We seek an experienced and skilled LLM Engineer to train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NLP, deep learning, and LLM training.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  1. Develop and fine-tune large-scale LLMs using GPT, LLaMA, BERT, T5, etc., to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Implement effective model optimization techniques, such as quantization, pruning, LoRA, and distillation, to improve model speed and accuracy.
  3. Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector search solutions (FAISS, Pinecone) to enhance model performance.
  4. Deploy models using TorchServe, Triton, and Hugging Face Inference Endpoints, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  5. Ensure efficient MLOps practices, including monitoring and versioning, to guarantee model reliability and scalability.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in NLP, deep learning, and LLM training, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  2. A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in computer science principles.
  3. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
  4. Experience with distributed training (Ray, DeepSpeed, FSDP), ensuring scalability and efficiency in model training.
  5. Strong knowledge of ML frameworks, vector databases, and MLOps tools, enabling effective model deployment and maintenance.

  1. Experience with multi-modal models (text + image/audio), enhancing model capabilities and flexibility.
  2. Understanding of secure AI deployment in regulated industries, ensuring compliance and data protection.
  3. Contributions to open-source LLM projects, showcasing expertise and innovation.
