Large Language Model Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Large Language Model (LLM) engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced language models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and software engineering.

The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and fine-tuning large-scale LLMs using various architectures such as GPT, LLaMA, BERT, and T5. Additionally, the successful candidate will optimize model performance through techniques like quantization, pruning, LoRA, and distillation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge LLMs for applications such as text generation, question answering, and sentiment analysis.
  • Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs using custom datasets and evaluation metrics.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector search solutions using libraries like FAISS and Pinecone.
  • Deploy models using TorchServe, Triton, and Hugging Face Inference Endpoints.
  • Ensure efficient MLOps practices, including monitoring and versioning.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in NLP, deep learning, and software engineering.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
  • Experience with distributed training using frameworks like Ray, DeepSpeed, and FSDP.
  • Strong knowledge of ML frameworks, vector databases, and MLOps tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-modal models combining text and image/audio inputs.
  • Understanding of secure AI deployment in regulated industries.
  • Contributions to open-source LLM projects.
