Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing strategic plans, designing and deploying successful marketing campaigns, and experimenting with new marketing strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our inbound sales channels. The right individual will be able to develop engaging and valuable content for our website that attracts and converts our target audience.

The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to support our marketing objectives. Additionally, they will analyze customer behavior and adjust our email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to boost our reputation and drive qualified traffic through various organic and paid acquisition channels.
  • Design and deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with new marketing strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Produce engaging and valuable content for our website that attracts and converts our target audience.
  • Build strong relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to support our marketing objectives.
  • Analyze customer behavior and adjust our email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Numerical literacy and ability to work with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
