As an Agile Project Manager, you will play a key role in helping teams deliver value while establishing and maintaining project management best practices across the organization. You'll work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure project success and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) to ensure team alignment and progress.
  • Coach teams and organization in Agile/Scrum practices and principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and support Product Owners in backlog refinement and management.
  • Track and communicate team metrics and progress to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
PMO Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, and tools to standardize processes.
  • Establish project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Monitor project portfolio performance and report to leadership on key metrics.
  • Conduct project health checks and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Support budget tracking and financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project status meetings and steering committee reviews to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • 2+ years of PMO experience, with expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Professional certifications required: PSM (Professional Scrum Master), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or PMP (Project Management Professional).
  • SAFe certification preferred, demonstrating expertise in scaling Agile frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies, with experience in implementing process improvements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps.

This is a mid-senior level position, requiring strong leadership skills and experience in managing projects and teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
