As the strategic partner to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving execution and ensuring alignment across the organization. This high-trust, high-influence role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on structure, consistency, and disciplined follow-through.

This role is a critical operator position that ensures the CEO's ideas, priorities, and strategic direction are implemented with precision. You'll be at the heart of the company's most important initiatives and will help shape the culture of execution, accountability, and alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and drive progress of key CEO-led strategic initiatives across departments.
  • Identify roadblocks, surface issues early, and work with stakeholders to ensure swift resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and align with project milestones.
  • Lead rigorous follow-ups and status updates to ensure timely delivery of critical objectives.
  • Synthesize reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide the CEO with actionable insights for decision-making.
CEO Office Management & Operations:
  • Manage daily operations of the Office of the CEO, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and discretion at all times.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between the CEO and leadership teams, managing workflows and priorities.
  • Own special projects and internal initiatives that require cross-functional alignment and execution excellence.
Executive Support & Strategic Partnership:
  • Operate as a thought partner to the CEO—preparing for key meetings, framing strategic discussions, and driving alignment across the executive leadership team.
  • Ensure the CEO's time is leveraged on the highest-impact areas by filtering, prioritizing, and managing requests.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
