Job Title: Senior E-commerce Operations Manager

As a Senior E-commerce Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our online business.

  1. Manage and maintain all e-commerce websites, including adding, updating or deleting content, pictures, links and other relevant information.
  2. Add and delete products from the websites according to business requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure compliance with their terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform SEO, SEM and SMO tasks, including:
  • OnPage/Onsite SEO such as deciding page titles, headers and implementing SEO optimizations.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve website rankings.
  • Handle directories, social bookmarking, blog commenting and other off-page optimization techniques.
  • Write high-quality blogs to engage customers and promote products.
  • Build backlinks to increase website authority and credibility.
  • Utilize web reporting tools to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide regular reports to management on website performance and customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO/SEM trends and best practices.
  • Apply knowledge of white hat SEO/SEM methods and best practices to ensure website compliance.
  • Possess extensive experience with search engine mechanics and programming skills.
  • Have expertise in Magento, Opencart and HTML/CSS.
  • Adhere strictly to proper SEO guidelines regarding coding and established copy/keyword best practices.
  • Write SEO and marketing content that resonates with customers.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic and customer behavior.
  • Develop strategies to increase website traffic and improve customer engagement.
