Job Title: Research Fellow Position
About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Fellow to join our team in Food Science at Government College University, Faisalabad.
- The selected candidate will work on a project titled "Probing the health claims of bitter gourd through diet based modules" funded by Higher Education Commission project No. 20-1611/R&D/10/5728.
- The position is purely temporary for one year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working in both field and lab settings, including raw material collection, chemical analyses, and report writing.
- Preparing project reports, writing new proposals, and manuscript writing.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- A B.Sc. (Hons.)/BS or equivalent degree in Food Science & Nutrition or a relevant field.
- Good working experience related to physicochemical analyses and report writing.
Applicants should submit a one-page application including their short CV to the office of the Principal Investigator in Department of Food Science at Government College University, Faisalabad.
