Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Color Formulation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in engineering plastics and precision color formulation.

  • This role involves developing high-performance masterbatches for PET, PA, PC, PBT, and POM materials.
  • The specialist will match colors accurately and optimize formulations for durability, heat stability, and mechanical properties.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct lab trials and quality testing to ensure the highest standards.
  2. Collaborate with production and sales teams to scale up solutions and meet client requirements.
  3. Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer Science, Plastics Engineering, or Chemistry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in masterbatch/polymer compounding, with hands-on experience in engineering plastics.
  • Expertise in spectrophotometry, extrusion, and polymer processing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to innovate under tight tolerances.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of polymer chemistry and physics.
  • Strong understanding of spectrophotometry and its application in color matching.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
