**Technical Support Role:** We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support and be able to communicate complex technical information to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer applications to meet specific requirements.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and learn new skills to improve technical knowledge.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients with technical queries and concerns.

  • Maintain accurate records of system issues and adhere to agreed-upon timelines.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues through active listening and written communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in IT.
