Technical Support Specialist Position

This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers to gain experience in the field of computer support.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical assistance to clients via various communication channels.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and offer solutions.
  3. Configure computer systems and applications, and set up user accounts and permissions.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and good communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients and team members.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment is required.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus.
