Job Summary:
As a Performance Management Specialist at Agile Managex Technologies LLC, you will play a vital role in driving business results through effective performance management. This includes developing and implementing performance management systems, providing coaching and feedback to employees, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement performance management systems to ensure alignment between individual goals and organizational objectives.
  2. Provide coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their performance and development.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in performance management.
  4. Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to set clear, measurable, and achievable goals for employees.
  5. Identify training and development needs based on performance appraisals and feedback.
  6. Work with HR team to implement employee development plans and career progression strategies.
  7. Encourage ongoing feedback to employees, fostering a continuous learning environment.
  8. Support the leadership team in performance discussions, ensuring these conversations are handled with care and consistency.
  9. Coach managers on how to handle difficult performance conversations and employee motivation.
  10. Recognize and reward high-performing employees through collaboration with management.
  11. Assist in resolving performance-related concerns or conflicts and support HR in handling employee grievances.
  12. Stay updated on best practices and trends in performance management and employee engagement.
  13. Recommend and implement new strategies or technologies to enhance the performance management process.

Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on performance management, talent development, or employee engagement.
  3. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of performance management methodologies and best practices.
