Job Title: Human Resources Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Director to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising administrators and employee representatives on personnel-related company policies and procedures. They will interpret and communicate laws and regulations to ensure the agency is aware of its legal responsibilities, in conjunction with the Legal Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing personnel rules and regulations, as well as interpreting and administering human resources-related provisions of collective bargaining agreements. They will also be able to analyze processes and procedures in assigned functional areas, conduct research and statistical analyses, and make recommendations for improvement.

The selected candidate will develop, implement, and administer large and/or complex research studies or projects that may include the development and validation of selection instrumentation for a variety of classifications. They will establish collaborative relationships with various functional and departmental areas of the organization.

In addition, the successful candidate will train and evaluate subordinates, prepare preliminary budget reports in assigned functional areas, and represent the Human Resources Department at various meetings. They will also advise the Human Resources Director in alternative courses of action in Human Resources issues.
