
Business Development Executive

This Multan based role requires leading sales operations, meeting targets, and managing distribution channels.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead sales teams to achieve targets and growth objectives
- Monitor sales data and stay updated with market trends and customer needs
- Develop market intelligence and maintain customer profiles
- Conduct sales promotions and build relationships with Sub trade and customers
- Track sales performance of distribution networks
- Produce timely management reports
- Stay informed about competitive activities and develop strategies to retain business
- Deliver value to customers through strong CRM skills
- Provide pricing information and make recommendations to management
- Work under pressure to meet targets
- Deliver results by interacting with diverse groups
- Build strong relationships with peers and customers
- Ensure smooth sales operations
- Coordinate with customers and line management
- Maintain focus on end customers while serving through dealers
- Implement promotions and use marketing tools to ensure growth and share retention
- Track market arrivals and report to management
- Action continuously to develop dealer teams
- Ensure dealers have necessary resources to create value
- Work digitally to enhance efficiency and interface with customers
- Ensure dealers follow high safety standards
- Organise safety trainings and awareness sessions
- Implement zero-tolerance policy on compliance and ethics matters
- Develop and coach dealers on safety and compliance
- Integrate dealers under a unified culture
- Explore new markets and identify potential dealers
- Network in the market to tap good potential partners
- Analyse data to determine need for dealer addition
- Must be based in Multan
- At least 3-5 years of experience in related field
- English, Urdu, and Local language proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or MBA
- Detailed knowledge of B2B business and distribution systems
- Proficient in Computer, MS Office, and Reporting systems
- Sales experience essential; formal training and education in selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable sales track record
- Can-do attitude
- Knowledge of costing and financial analysis
