Executive Administrator Vacancy

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office in Multan, Pakistan. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, maintaining an organized and well-stocked environment
  • Oversee reception area duties, including phone management, visitor greeting, and mail handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
  • Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all tasks
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance
  • Assist with financial planning and expense tracking
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion
  • Plan company events and meetings as required
  • Develop and implement office policies to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (desired)
  2. Proven experience as an Executive Administrator or similar role
  3. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  4. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  7. Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  9. Must have accommodation in Multan

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Multan, Pakistan
