IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Manage purchase requisitions (PRs), requests for quotations (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), bidding, and procurement activities for goods and services. Evaluate technical and commercial proposals in line with predefined RFP evaluation criteria. Review and vet commercial clauses in RFPs, RFQs, and contracts. Process purchase orders through SAP for management approval.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Manage RFQ-based procurement processes, ensuring completion within an average of 28 working days from receipt of approved PRs, in line with Joint Procurement Procedure (JPM).
  • Manage RFP-based procurement processes, ensuring completion within an average of 31 working days from receipt of approved PRs.
  • Oversee contract-based procurement processes, aiming to complete them within an average of 56 working days after receiving approved PRs.
  • Prepare and submit monthly PSR, open PO/PR reports, and procurement cycle reports to the Line Manager by the 6th of each month; ensure timely weekly submission of open RFP/RFQ/Activity Reports to the Line Manager by the 2nd working day of each week.
  • Ensure compliance and governance by implementing procurement policies and Delegation of Power (DOP), and adhering to TTM across all procurement processes.
  • Conduct two team-building activities annually to upskill and engage assigned staff.
  • Evaluate technical and commercial proposals based on RFP criteria and vet commercial clauses in RFQs, RFPs, and contracts.
  • Process purchase orders in SAP and route for management approval.

Qualification:

  • Professional Degree in Business Administration/Finance or Supply Chain Management from recognized institute/University
