Closing & Reporting Specialist: Elevate Your Career

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving financial accuracy and transparency within our organization. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate monthly and quarterly closings and group reporting in accordance with deadlines set by HQ. This will involve preparation and review of journal vouchers and management judgments, addressing system validation issues during closing runs, booking valuation allowances for receivables and inventories, and recording adjustments for foreign exchange (FX) and embedded derivatives (ED).

Your success in this position will be grounded in your ability to analyze complex financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. You will work closely with business units to provide support on accounting, controlling, and reporting matters, building awareness and providing guidance to stakeholders on Financial Reporting Guidelines and global accounting initiatives.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • ACCA Qualified or CA Finalist
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting
  • Strong understanding of IFRS
  • Understanding Group Reporting tools and procedures and FRG
  • Proficient in using MS office applications and SAP
  • Good communication, collaboration and presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in speaking English
