Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in promoting Vostro World's brand and driving membership growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This involves managing digital marketing campaigns, organizing fitness events, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to meet membership targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and membership sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the health and fitness industry.
  • Plan and manage both indoor and outdoor marketing activities, including fitness events, campaigns, and brand activations.
Digital Marketing and Campaign Management
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media platforms popular among fitness enthusiasts (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation and conversion goals, such as promoting new fitness classes or wellness workshops.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
Customer Engagement Management
  • Develop and implement systems to effectively manage customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive member experience.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer queries.
  • Use data from customer interactions to refine marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with membership sales goals.
  • Provide sales enablement materials and support to help the sales team close deals.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to support new membership drives or special promotions.
Budget Management
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for all marketing activities.
  • Negotiate with vendors and partners, such as local media outlets or fitness influencers, to secure cost-effective solutions for marketing initiatives.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs, such as membership sign-ups, retention rates, and social media engagement.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team, encouraging the development of engaging content that resonates with health-conscious individuals.
Brand Management
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all internal and external stakeholders.
Community Engagement and Partnerships
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, wellness influencers, and fitness apparel brands to enhance the club's visibility and offerings.
  • Develop strategies to keep existing members engaged and attract new ones through referral programs, testimonials, and success stories.
Event Management
  • Organize and coordinate indoor and outdoor events, including marathons, fitness competitions, and wellness workshops.
  • Ensure seamless logistics, vendor coordination, and participant experience for all events.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
  • Develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement.
  • Gather feedback and analyze event success to improve future events.
Corporate Sales Strategy
  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporations, SMEs, and government institutions to sell memberships, corporate wellness programs, and event partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Promote and sell corporate membership packages, customized wellness programs, and event sponsorship opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed corporate sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of Vostro World.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for the corporate market.
