About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing digital community growth strategies across multiple platforms.

Your primary focus will be on curating and publishing high-performing content, staying ahead of social trends, and ensuring consistent growth across Meta, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, WhatsApp Channel, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn using Buffer and native tools.
  • Maintain platform consistency and follow content calendars, ensuring timely execution.
  • Actively monitor automotive, pop culture, meme, and audio trends.
  • Pitch and post viral-style content that's relevant to our audience.
  • Monitor reach, shares, and follower growth.
  • Regularly suggest content angles and experiments based on trending formats and audience behavior.
  • Track and report content performance via analytics tools.

You should have 1-2 years of hands-on social media experience and be obsessed with trends, memes, and storytelling. You should also be quick to respond, execute, and adapt to changing circumstances.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with analytics and content planning, have strong writing skills, and be proficient in various software such as MetaBusinessSuite, Buffer, LinkedInAnalytics, XPro(TweetDeck), Canva, WhatsAppChannels management, and video editing in CapCut.
