We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Meta & LinkedIn Ads Expert to lead our digital performance marketing strategy.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on high-performance digital ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and secondary channels like TikTok and Google Ads. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives student lead generation, counselor pipelines, and brand visibility.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance using Excel or Google Sheets, focusing on key metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates. Additionally, you will A/B test creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages for ongoing optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within education, services, or niche targeting
  • Proven results in running and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Hands-on experience with UTM tagging, Pixel/Event setup, and CRM integration
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Strong command of English - written and verbal
  • Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Strong creative sense and copywriting instincts for paid ad formats
  • Highly proactive, data-oriented, and capable of working independently with accountability
