We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Professional. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our clients, visitors, and employees.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area, and providing exceptional customer service.   • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals.
  • Maintain a secure and organized sign-in and visitor registration process.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide information to visitors.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and a welcoming personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of office equipment, including multi-line phone systems.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
