We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Call Centre Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving queries efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a high level of professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.

- Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to the success of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10th Pass and above education, demonstrating a strong foundation in core subjects.
- Freshers experience in Customer Support/TeleCaller preferred, showcasing adaptability and learning ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing stress levels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, driving results-oriented solutions.
