Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and monitoring, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and experience in managing Scrum teams will be invaluable assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Lead Scrum teams in executing projects, facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain product backlogs and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices, continuous improvement, and problem-solving skills
  • Analyze and resolve project impediments, escalating critical issues as necessary

Requirements:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Sciences, or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering software applications in Agile environments
  • Minimum 9-10 years of experience in Software Development
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
