Printing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our printing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical and textile engineering, with 2-3 years of experience in the knitwear industry.

  1. The Printing Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing various printing techniques, including washing, staining, crocking, and shade change according to different printing recipes.
  2. The role also involves testing protocols and ensuring high-quality output.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position, as well as analytical and mentoring abilities.
  4. The successful candidate will be able to handle pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc Chemical/Textile Engineer
  • 2-3 years of experience in the same field from Knitwear industry
  • Special Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Analytical Skills, Mentoring & motivating people, Handle pressure & meet deadlines
