Job Description
  • Assign daily targets to team members or ensure that they are aware of their daily targets.
  • Motivating the sales team and maintaining high morale for sales and execution.
  • Visit the market with sales team members, ensuring a complete visit at least once a month with every team member.
  • Ensure regular market visits, particularly to 'A' category shops.
  • Handle all complaints from shopkeepers/clients in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all cancellations of orders are adequately justified.
  • Ensure that no credit is given by any sales representative unless approved.
  • Ensure proper load (no under or overload) is transported in delivery vans.
  • Follow up with sales representatives on their daily work.
  • Check the productivity of the sales representatives' team.
Minimum Requirements
  • 4 – 5 Years Relevant Experience, at least 2 years as a team leader or sales supervisor in Pharma and Consumer (FMCG).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Strong Communication skills, and Agility.
