We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing building services, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and ensuring a clean, safe, and effective work environment.

  • Manage daily operations and maintenance of facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Perform physical inspections of maintenance and renovation works.
  • Supervise civil work and ensure timely execution and cost control.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Maintenance management.
  • Vendor coordination.
  • Safety compliance.
  • Civil work supervision.
  • Renovation works planning and execution.

In addition, the candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

This is a full-time position, requiring a mid-senior level professional with a strong background in maintenance management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, architecture).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
