Customer Relationship Specialist

A key role at our organization is the Customer Relationship Specialist. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talk to customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  • Update customers on the status of their orders or services.
  • Follow up with the team to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills in spoken English.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivation and creativity in thinking of new sales opportunities.
  • Experience in business development, lead generation, and sales (preferred).
  • Total work experience of 3 years (preferred).
Additional Skills:
  • Ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients.
  • Satisfy existing clients through after-sales care and feedback.
  • Identify and approach potential new clients.
  • Research industry trends and provide advice on client strategy.
  • Give presentations to clients about products or services.
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues.
  • Ensure contract terms are adhered to by both parties.
  • Help meet client targets and aims.
