We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Liaison to join our organization. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for maintaining positive and professional relationships.

You will understand client needs and effectively communicate them to the internal team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and campaigns that meet client expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and develop innovative strategies for clients, monitor and evaluate campaign performance by analyzing data and metrics, and address client concerns or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Provide regular updates and reports to clients highlighting their campaign progress, and stay updated with industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.

  • Understand client needs and requirements, communicating them effectively to internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.">

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.">

">Requirements:">

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications or additional courses in client servicing would be beneficial.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Client Service Representative in the marketing and advertising industry.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.">
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.">
