
HR Employee Relations Specialist

As an Employee Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Your primary responsibility will be to handle employee conflicts, grievances, and performance issues in a fair and impartial manner. You will work closely with field office managers and HR teams to develop and implement strategies that promote employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as necessary.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve employee conflicts and performance issues, taking into account the needs of both employees and the organization.
- Communicate regularly with employees, providing them with updates on their cases and ensuring they understand the process and expected outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with HR teams to develop and deliver training programs that promote employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to inform your decision-making and recommendations.
