Job Title:

National Sales Manager

  • A sales leader responsible for driving national sales growth through effective strategy development and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  3. Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance sales outcomes.
  5. Sales Forecasts: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and informing strategic decision-making.
  6. New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge to drive growth.
  7. Client Solutions: Provide prompt and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs, ensuring exceptional customer service and building trust with key stakeholders.
  8. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new product launches, ensuring sales team members are equipped with the latest information to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
