Strategic Sales Development Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled sales leader to join our organization and drive sales growth across the country. As a Strategic Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a national sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This will involve leading a sales team, establishing strategic partnerships with key accounts, and identifying new opportunities for expansion. Additionally, you will be accountable for budget setting, training, coaching, and development of the sales team, as well as setting targets and ensuring delivery of these parameters.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in sales at a food company and 3 years' experience in a national sales management role. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
