HSE Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in promoting HSEQ standards and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement HSE Systems: Design and execute effective HSE management systems to minimize risks and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with clients, third-party subcontractors, and agencies regarding HSE matters.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and develop plans to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Training and Development: Implement training programs for employees to enhance their awareness of HSE best practices.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree: A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Certifications: NEBOSH IGC certification and Lead Auditor ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications are required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in training and consultancy organizations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Aptitude: Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
