HSE Supervisor Job Description

The role of an HSE supervisor is pivotal in ensuring a safe working environment within an organization. The position involves developing and implementing effective health, safety, and environmental management systems to minimize risks and prevent accidents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a strong awareness culture among employees regarding health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Liaising with clients, third-party subcontractors, and agencies on health, safety, and environmental matters.
  • Generating and implementing local standards and procedures related to health, safety, and the environment.
  • Assessing local risks and preparing comprehensive plans to mitigate them.

A Master's degree in a relevant field would be advantageous, along with certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, Lead Auditor ISO 14001, and Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001. Candidates with 3+ years of experience in training and consultancy organizations are also encouraged to apply.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
