Job Role

We are seeking a Predictive Analytics Lead to join our team. As a Predictive Analytics Lead, you will lead CBS analytics projects and conceptualize predictive modeling, simulations, and optimization solutions to drive business growth.

You will work closely with division analytics team leads and data specialists across functions to drive data solutions. Your goal will be to identify, design, and implement new algorithms, process improvements, and automate processes to optimize data delivery and re-design infrastructure for greater scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CBS analytics projects and conceptualize predictive modeling, simulations, and optimization solutions to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with division analytics team leads and data specialists across functions to drive data solutions.
  • Identify, design, and implement new algorithms, process improvements, and automate processes to optimize data delivery and re-design infrastructure for greater scalability.

Requirements

  1. Graduation or masters in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  2. 1+ years of experience in building data models and driving insights.
  3. Hands-on experience on developing statistical models, such as regression, ridge regression, lasso, random forest, SVM, gradient boosting, logistic regression, K-Means Clustering, Hierarchical Clustering, etc.
  4. Hands-on experience with coding languages Python (mandatory), R, SQL, PySpark, SparkR.
  5. Knowledge of using GitHub, Airflow for coding and model executions.
  6. Experience front-facing business teams (client-facing role) supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
