At Motive, we're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in expansion markets.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with our largest customer base and contribute to our revenue growth. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing strong executive relationships, understanding each client's business needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
You'll survey prospects to understand their pain points, demo our software solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and grow our customers. Additionally, you'll resolve problems, plan to meet and exceed business goals, and develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and market trends.
- Main Responsibilities:
