International Trade Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Trade Coordinator to support our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth import and export processes.
  • Update shipment schedules, track containers, and communicate ETA information to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of import data and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Prepare documents for clearing agents and banks, ensuring timely clearance of shipments.
  • Collaborate with the clearing agent to coordinate shipment clearances and resolve any delays or issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international trade.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping and freight forwarding industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
