Job Overview:

Our organization seeks an accomplished Digital Learning Systems Manager to lead the comprehensive management of our digital learning infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation, accessibility, and a user-friendly experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage digital learning resources, ensuring they are systematically organized, regularly updated, and compliant with organizational standards, user policies, and data security regulations.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and collaborate with vendors for regular maintenance and timely enhancements.
  • Lead and manage digital learning-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of digital learning administrators and specialists.
  • Ensure staff training on digital learning functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting to maximize efficiency and user engagement.
  • Monitor digital learning usage and assess its effectiveness, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Project Management from a recognized institution.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital learning administration, solutions, and project management with expertise in stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and system administration.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in digital learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas), course structuring, content management, user support, and collaboration with internal teams and IT.
