Instructional Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Instructional Designer to fill this key position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learners' needs
  • Develop storyboards, scripts, and outlines for SCORM-based modules aligning with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality eLearning content
  • Evaluate and ensure instructional quality, alignment, and engagement throughout the design process
  • Lead reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders into iterations to enhance the overall quality of eLearning modules
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is required
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate eLearning preferably with a focus on instructional design and development is essential
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and SCORM principles is mandatory
  • Knowledge of adult learning models, instructional theories, and learning technologies is vital
