Financial Operations Assistant

The role involves supporting financial operations, encompassing payment and receipt transactions, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation. This position requires analyzing and reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support financial operations, including managing payment and receipt transactions, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation.
  2. Analyze financial data, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action as needed.
  3. Reconcile financial statements, ensuring accurate and compliant records.
  4. Maintain precise and up-to-date records in SAP, facilitating seamless integration with other systems.
  5. Develop process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. ACCA/MBA/M.COM (Finance) from a recognized educational institution.
  2. 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
  3. Excellent conceptual, critical, and communication skills, enabling effective articulation of complex ideas.
  4. Able to lead teams and manage resources effectively, promoting collaboration and motivation.
  5. Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
