Sales and Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled sales and marketing manager to join our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, and developing pricing strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our existing brands, introducing new products to the market, and analyzing budgets to ensure the sales team meets their goals. Additionally, they will research and develop marketing opportunities, understand consumer requirements, and identify market trends to achieve our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting company brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  • Maintaining relationships with key clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales. Experience in management may also be advantageous. If you have a strong understanding of sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team, we encourage you to apply.
