Job Description

The Business Growth Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new sales opportunities and cultivating long-term relationships with existing clients. You will serve as each customer's personal account executive, ensuring continued engagement, satisfaction, and incremental growth over time.

We currently work with 30+ major TV and internet service providers in the USA, including Spectrum, AT&T, Optimum, DirecTV, Xfinity, and Cox.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to qualified prospect leads via outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Convert leads into sales through persuasive, needs-based conversations and strategic follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Act as a dedicated account executive, staying in regular contact with assigned clients to monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and client retention goals. Keep detailed records of outreach activity and account performance using internal CRM tools.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to connect with customers and build rapport.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Initiative-taking and self-driven approach to outreach.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management. Familiarity with internet, TV, or telecom products preferred.
