
Senior Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Growth Manager to lead and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. This position will drive revenue growth through various sales strategies and manage key client relationships.
Responsibilities- To identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements.
- To establish new and maintain existing long-term relationships with B2B customers.
- To work on existing key accounts and develop new accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain solution demonstrations through proof-of-concepts and presentations.
- A target-oriented approach with full command on pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- The Senior Business Growth Manager will be the liaison and main point of contact for assigned clients to provide business information and directions on products/services and coordinate with internal resources to resolve issues.

We have been in operation since 2016 and have become the largest online store for automotive products website in Pakistan with more than 40,000 online products and over 100,000 registered customers.
Job Specification- Must have an MBA or Bachelor's degree from a top university.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in managing key accounts at a national level for media sales.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills with key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills, presentable neat personality.
- Lead generation, prospecting, qualifying and conversion to sale, achieving goals and targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- A good team player, confident and self-starter.
- Mastery of MS Office and Adobe Suite.
- Able to make business plans and agreement drafts.
