About the Position:

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems. You will also contribute to the development of optimized solutions to improve system performance and minimize service disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Unified Communications platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement optimized solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance.
  • Communicate proactively with customers, providing updates and guidance on resolving Unified Communications issues.
Requirements:
  • College degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Preferred certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate Collaboration (CCNA Collaboration), Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate, or other relevant UC certifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
