- Maintaining a friendly attitude at all times.
- Managing reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Keeping track of the reservation book and ensuring accurate seating arrangements.
- Assisting in managing waitlists, providing accurate wait times, and informing guests when their table is ready.
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Providing information about the menu, hours of operation, and special events.
- Handling reservation requests, taking messages, and redirecting calls to appropriate departments.
- Addressing guest inquiries or concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by meeting their requests or directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Communicating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth coordination of services.
- Coordinating seating preferences, special requests, and dietary restrictions with relevant team members.
- Managing the waitlist and using the restaurant's seating system to organize the flow of guests.
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently (if applicable).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
