Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Training and Development Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for enhancing employee development and organizational effectiveness through strategic training initiatives and continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments, design and deliver comprehensive training programs, and manage e-learning platforms.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate with external vendors to implement specialized programs as needed.
  • Implement organizational development strategies to enhance performance, lead change management initiatives, and develop leadership programs that foster a culture of learning and growth.
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Support the performance management process, contribute to talent reviews, and assist in succession planning for critical roles.
  • Analyze training metrics, generate reports to assess program effectiveness, and make data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in training and organizational development or related HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
  • Experience in delivering training programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
