Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Logistics Transformation processes.

This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management, process optimization, and technology solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely processing of all orders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the order fulfillment process and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
  • Collaborating with customer service teams to resolve queries related to stock shortages.
  • Maintaining OTIF levels for GT, MT, and FSD customers.
  • Monitoring order vs. deliver reports and sharing information with sales teams for informed decision-making.
  • Tracking GR/PODs for MT customers and recording in SAP for record-keeping purposes.
  • Processing sales returns from distributors and settling customer balances in a timely manner.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with SAP S4 HANA modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

A bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
